My new go-to snack when, in my head I need to crunch on something. These crackers are super flavorful. You have the ability to control how you want this cracker to taste, from savory to sweet.

Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 cup of whole wheat flour, salt, and oil to a food processor.
Step 2
add 3 Tablespoons water, process. add sesame seeds and other seasonings. add water as needed, processing after each addition.
you should have a nice ball.
(add more flour if your ball feels sticky)
Step 3
Take remaining flour and sprinkle surface to roll out dough very thin. If your dough seems dry, put back in the processor with a few drops of water. Dust hands and rolling pin to prevent sticking.
Step 4
Once you have evenly rolled out the dough, cut dough into desired shape. I prefer sticks.
Step 5
Option 1: 400 degree oven, place on baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes.
Step 6

Option 2: Air-Fry (my preferred method), place in AirFry, spray with oil, and bake for 10-15 minutes, turn halfway through, until crispy and brown.
