Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bring 1 medium pan of lightly salted water to bowl.
Step 2
Slice mushrooms and add to a bowl of olive oil and soy sauce. Soak for 10 minutes. Chop broccoli heads.
Step 3
Put the mushrooms in the oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile add the broccoli to the boiling water for 10 minutes or until desired softness.
Step 4
Slice beetroot, prepare cous cous to packet instructions and heat cannelloni beans.
Step 5
Once mushrooms are crisp, remove from oven and serve all in poke bowl.
