Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until tender, about 3 minutes
Step 2
2. Stir in garlic and crushed red pepper, cook for 30 seconds
Step 3
3. Add tomatoes and red wine vinegar. Cook 10 minutes and let cool completely
Step 4
4. Process mixture with mayonnaise and salts until smooth
