Instructions
Step 1
Cook chopped shallots and garlic in olive oil over medium heat in saucepan with lid
Step 2
add paprika, lentils, water and half of tamari; bring to boil
Step 3
Simmer mixture in covered pot for 45-55m until lentils are tender
Step 4
Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes; stir in half of tamari plus vinegar and honey
