Ingredients

500gbreast fillet
or thigh, cut into cubes
1 Tbspgrated ginger
1clove garlic
minced
1 tspsugar
1 Tbspmirin
or sake
2 Tbspsoy sauce
⅓ cupcornstarch
or potato starch
0.5egg
beaten
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except cornstarch and egg. Marinate for atleast 15 mins.
Step 2
After marinating, add cornstarch and egg, mix well.
Step 3
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve with some thinly sliced cabbage and enjoy!
