Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients together and mix into a large covered casserole.
Step 2
Bake in covered casserole at 325 for 60 minutes
Step 3
Reheat the amount you want to have at meal time in a covered serving dish at 325 f for 10 minutes

For lar get amounts of stuffing start with 2 lbs of sausage meat and only use about 1 1/2 times the amount for the rest of the ingredients to keep the stuffing rich with the sausage meat. Use poultry spice to taste.
Step 5
There Is no change in the ingredients if the stuffing is done in the Turkey.

The onions are browned in a large frying pan and the other ingredients are mixed in the frying pan, poultry spiced to taste and then put into the Turkey.
