Ingredients

250gLentil pasta
4 clovesgarlic

1 Tbspolive oil
1onion
diced
1 lblean ground turkey
½ tspsalt
28 ozfire roasted crushed tomato
3 Tbsptaco seasoning
1 Tbspcrushed red pepper flakes
¼ tspsmoked paprika
¼ tspground cayenne
1 ½ cupshredded mozzarella cheese skim

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Boil the box-worth (approx 250g) of lentil pasta, rinse, and set aside.
Step 3
In a deep skillet, cook onion and garlic with olive oil, until golden. Then add turkey and cook until brown.
Step 4
Add crushed tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a simmer, then decrease heat to medium and continue to simmer for about 5 minutes until mixture has thickened.
Step 5
Turn off heat, add pasta, and stir. Top with cheese and bake for 40 minutes or until cheese browns and gets crispy.
Step 6
Allow to cool, then section out in to 8 portions.
