Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter completely, mix all ingredients.
Step 2
Chill dough for at least an hour.
Step 3
Heat up the oven to 190C with convection.
Step 4
Shape the cookie into ping-pong size balls, lay out 6 of them on an oven trey with parchment paper and squash them a little.
Step 5
Turn on the broiler, brown the surface of the cookies.
Step 6
Take out the cookies, turn of the broiler.
Step 7
Put the cookies in the oven for 8-12 minutes.
