Instructions

Step 1
Always frost you mug or glass for 20mins prior. This is a keto approved shake . If you would like to add fruit due to calorie deficit. Add half banana. Half still cuts the calories & the sugar. This is beautiful goto Shake .
Step 2
Raw Avocados use Ice in the shake . Frozen Avocados use little to no ice.
Step 3
Low calorie deficit : use half banana if you would like to add fruit .
Step 4
Pour your unsweetened vanilla coconut or almond milk into blender . Half way In the blender. If you want it to be more thin you can always add more milk.
Step 5
Add Ice optional

1 scoop of Almond Butter or Low Sugar Peanut Butter
Step 7
Low Carb Vanilla Protein Powder. I use Arbonne Plant Based Vanilla powder. Alternative (Protein Primer)

Handful of spinach
Step 9
Put the top on blend
Step 10
Optional ( flax seed meal )
Step 11
Optional (chia seeds)
Step 12
Optional ( whipped cream or non - dairy whipped cream)
