Preheat oven

Mix together in one bowl the egg, smashed banana and sugar
Step 3
In a small bowl melt the butter and add to the egg mixture
Step 4
Sieve together the dry ingredients
Step 5
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients until well combined
Step 6
Spoon the mixture into the prepped muffin pans and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
