Ingredients

1 lbground beef
1onion
4cloves garlic
1green cabbage
medium to large
2carrot
sliced
3 cupsMushroom
Sliced
3 cupsbeef broth
or chicken
1 cuprice
uncooked
2 Tbsptomato paste
1 x 15 ozcan diced tomato
1 ½ Tbspsalt
½ tspground black pepper
2bay leaf
½ tspcumin
1 Tbsitalian seasoning
1 Tbspmustard powder
2 Tbsworcestershire sause
2 Tbsbrown sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Brown beef and drain fat. Add diced onion and garlic to the beef. Saute until onions become translucent.
Step 2
Prepare your vegetables by Chopping cabbage and sliced mushroom and carrots.
Step 3
Dump everything into an instant pot and add all the seasoning. Mix well
Step 4
Cook on high pressure for 15 min
Step 5
Freezing method: Brown beef with onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Prep your veggies and dump everything into a frozen zip lock bag. Thaw night before cooking.
