Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine rice with 1 1/4 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until rice is tender. 15-18 minutes.

2. Chop cilantro, trim green beans, and quarter lime

3. Cook ground turkey over medium high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown, 5-8 minutes.

4. Add green beans to a bowl with a splash of water in a medium-sized bowl; cover with plastic wrap and microwave until tender, 1-2 minutes. Drain excess water.

5. Stir in green beans, sweet soy glaze, chili sauce, and 1 tbsp butter to the cooked turkey until thoroughly coated, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.

6. Fluff rice and add 1 tbsp of butter, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
7. Serve with crispy fried onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
