Instructions
Step 1
Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper in medium bowl, mix gently.
Step 2
Shape into 16 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs.
Step 3
Pour pasta sauce into Instant Pot®.
Step 4
Add meatballs to sauce: turn to coat and submerge meatballs in sauce.
Step 5
Secure lid and move pressure release valve to Sealing position.
Step 6
Press Manual; cook at high pressure 8 min
Step 7
When cooking is complete, press Cancel and use quick release.
Step 8
Serve meatballs and sauce over spaghetti; top with basil and cheese, if desired.
