Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the reduced-fat mayonnaise and Splenda until well blended.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
Step 4
Roll the dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
Flatten each ball with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
Step 6
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
