Important: Chill the beaters, bowls and evaporated milk.

2. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Step 3
3. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool until thickened.
Step 4
4. Beat cream cheese, stevia and lemon juice until smooth. Add the thickened Jello and beat well.
Step 5
5. In a separate bowl, beat evaporated milk until fluffy. Add cream cheese/Jello mixture and beat well with mixer.
Step 6
6. Transfer mixture to pie crust and chill before serving.
