Use SHAN Tandoori powder for best results. Can also be cooked in oven or grill pan. spread pieces out evenly on baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 180°c. Keep juices from chicken to add to curry.

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and cut chicken into desired pieces, leave to drain and dry.
Step 2
In a large bowl, add shan masala, yogurt, lemon, garlic, ginger, cooking oil and colouring.
Step 3
Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours minimum to overnight.
Step 4
Heat BBQ to a low to medium heat, apply spray oil to grill and hot plate.
Step 5
Place chicken on grill without overcrowding.Close the lid of BBQ and let cook for 20 mins.
Step 6
Turn pieces and cook for another 10 minutes with lid open, or until juices run clear from chicken.
Step 7
Before serving squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of chicken and serve hot.
