Instructions

Step 1
Put pot on the stove with steamer. Add 1 inch of water and turn it on high
Step 2
Crack three eggs into a bowl and whisk throughly till the egg has broken down and no whites remain
Step 3
Pour broth into bowl and mix til well combined
Step 4
Put bowl into the steamer. Turn the temperature to med-low
Step 5
Cook until the middle doesnt jiggle like water
Step 6
Top with shoyu, sesame oil, green onion, and Togarashi spice
