Instructions
Step 1
Line spring form tin with baking paper. Wrap 2 layers tinfoil around the tin.
Step 2
Melt butter and add to crushed biscuits and gd almond. Bake 10 mins at 200C. Reduce oven to 160
Step 3
Beat mascarpone and cheese slowly add sugar and flour, lemon juice and van ess.
Step 4
Beat eggs and add slowly to cheese mixture. Knock the bowl several times to remove bubbles. Pour on top of biscuit base and cook in Bain Marie for 1.5hours. 160C
Step 5
Allow cake to cool completely before carefully opening spring form tin. Decorate with icing sugar and raspberries/strawberries
