Instructions
Step 1
Pat chicken breasts dry; heavily season with spices (not too much garlic salt).
Step 2
Warm skillet to medium-high heat (level 6). Add avocado oil.
Step 3
Let chicken cook on one side for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Flip, then put in over at 400° for 13 minutes.
Step 5
Take out and allow to rest.
