Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a bowl mix the cheese and seasoning together.
Step 4
Spoon clusters of shredded parmesan onto the baking sheets. If desired, you can use a cookie cutter to create shapes with the cheese. Each cluster should be 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 5 minutes until golden crisp.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.
