Flour mixture:
½ cupAP flour
½ cupcornstarch
2 Tbsponion powder
1 Tbspgarlic powder
½ Tbspcayenne pepper
½ tspsalt
egg
beaten
¼ cupfresh milk
Orange mixture:
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pecies. Coat the chicken with the egg mixture then to the flour mixture. Fry until golden ( 8-10 mins) on medium heat.
Step 2
In a pan, melt thep butter then add the orange mixture. Mix until the sauce thickens.
Step 3
Toss the chicken with the orange sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds/ green onions
