Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Grease the inside of a 9x5 loaf pan.
Step 3
In a large bowl mash the bananas.
Step 4
Beat 2 eggs and add to the mashed bananas.
Step 5
add 1 Cup sugar, 1/2 Cup vegetable oil, and 1 Teaspoon vanilla and mix well.
Step 6
Whisk together 2 Cups flour and 1 Teaspoon baking soda and add to the banana mixture, mix well.
Step 7
Pour into prepared 9x5 loaf pan.
Step 8
Bake 50-60 minute or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
