Step 1
1. Heat a small saucepan over low heat, add blueberries and cook stirring for 4 to 5 minutes until they are soft and beginning to break down. If you’re using fresh berries, add a touch of water to the pan.

2. Add oats, milk, cinnamon and salt. Cook for 5 minutes or until your desired consistency is reached.
