Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta and salt.
Step 2
Thinly slice shallots, finely mince garlic, grate/thinly slice cheese. Prep done.
Step 3
Melt butter in WOK!!! at medium-high heat.
Step 4
Throw shallots and garlic in when the butter has melted.
Step 5
Cook until soft/caramelised/browning/fragrant.
Step 6
Add gochujang and stir until coated.
Step 7
Add cream and stir until mixed.
Step 8
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Step 9
Add pepper to taste and simmer sauce for a few minutes.
Step 10
Drain + add cooked pasta and mix until coated.
Step 11
Serve and enjoy :)
