Instructions

Mix and sift the cake flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.more

Separately, mix the milk, egg and melted butter together.
Step 5
Combine 1&2 together to make the pancake mixture, making sure not to over mix (it is ok to have lumps).
Step 6
Leave the mixture for 5mins.
Step 7
In the meantime, heat a pan with a dollop of butter and spread it evenly around the pan.
Step 8
Put 1/3 cup of the pancake mixture into the pan and let it cook until the top forms bubbles.
Step 9
Flip the pancake and let it cook for another minute or 2 or until it's golden brown.
Step 10
Finish cooking the rest of the mixture.
Step 11
Serve with butter and maple syrup.
Step 12
Top with your favourite fruit.
