Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C

Place coconut cream, lemongrass, ginger, lime zest and juice, soy sauce, sugar and spring onion in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Pour mixture over salmon and cover with foil.
Step 4
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle over toasted sesame seeds and serve with steamed asian greens.
