Slice the edam cheese.

Slice the mushrooms.

Clean the pumpkin and slice it as thin as you can.

Warm up some olive oil in a pan and add some garlic. Remove the garlic and ease down both the pumpkin and the mushrooms. Stew the vegetables until the pumpkin is soft. Add some salt and pepper and keep aside when it is ready.

Cut the bread in half and spread some mayo on both sides.

Place some salad and tomato slices on the bottom side, add the speck, the edam. Add mushrooms and pumpkin too.
