2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 tspground cumin
1 x 15 ozcan great northern beans
rinsed and drained
1 x 15 ozcan black beans
rinsed and drained
3celery stalks
chopped
2 cupsfrozen corn kernels
thawed
1red bell pepper
medium, chopped
1 cupred onion
chopped
⅓ cupfresh cilantro
chopped
2jalapeños
small, seeded and chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk oil, vinegar, and cumin in a large bowl to blend. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Season salad with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Let stand for at least 1 hour and up to 4 before serving, tossing occasionally.
