Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C fan/200°C/ gas
Step 2
In a large roasting tin, toss the sausages, sweet potato wedges, red onions, garlic and smoked paprika with the olive oil.
Step 3
Season well with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven and roast for 45- 50 minutes until the sweet potato is cooked through, and sausages sticky and slightly burnt.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
