Step 1
Wash the spinach (250g), dry. Cut and fry with butter. Add herb salt and minced/cut garlic. Cook under a cover for 5 minutes, cool.

Mix both cheeses into a paste. Add spinach, mix, season to taste.

Add flour and carbonated water to a large bowl. Blend spinach with the oil.

Mix the ingredients into smooth batter. Then knead the dough on a floured surface.

Separate the dough in 3 parts, roll it thin (about 2-3 mm), and cut it into circles with a glass.
Step 6
Fill the dough circles with the filling and close the dough into dumplings.
Step 7
Boil salted water in a large pot and soak the dumplings gently. Wait 2 minutes since they start floating and remove them from the water.
