Instructions

Step 1
Mix in IRON skillet the sugar, syrup and peanuts. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until peanuts make a popping sound and the sugar turns a rich caramel color. In a small bowl mix water, baking soda and salt, then add quickly to hot mixture stir well. Immediately pour onto a well greased baking sheet or pie plate. Once completely cool, break into pieces.
