Instructions
Step 1
1. Place cilantro, white onion, garlic and jalapeno in a mini food processor and process until finely chopped almost like a paste

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and add cauliflower, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes
Step 3
3. Stir in cilantro mixture, cooks during occasionally, 2 minutes or two desired texture
Step 4
4. Stir in lime juice and salt
