Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the chicken with ( buttermilk , paprika, grated garlic&ginger, chili flakes and salt) 4-6hrs
Step 2
Coat the chicken with flour and cornstarch
Step 3
1st fry ( medium heat); strain and rest for 5 mins. Bring the temp up to medium high and 2nd fry for 2-3mins
Step 4
Strain the oil
