Instructions
Step 1
425 degrees, preheat skillet. Fish internal temp 145f
Step 2
Soy + vinegar + garlic + ginger in a saucepan. Heat until simmering and then remove. Add honey and chili paste
Step 3
Drizzle oil on the salmon
Step 4
Place salmon skin side UP. Cook for 3 minutes until sides and top are opaque then flip over.
Step 5
Spoon 1/2 of the glaze onto the salmon then put in the oven for 6 minutes
Step 6
Remove and cover with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes and add the second 1/2 of the glaze
