These are so easy & so yummy! You can also use malt o milk biscuits which are larger and replace the biscoff spread with chopped up chocolate bars. The flavour variations are endless!

Instructions
Step 1
Line a dish or tray with baking paper or cling wrap.
Step 2
Place half the biscuits in the tray, with the base facing up.
Step 3
Beat the cream and condensed milk together i. A large bowl for about 5 mins, until it looks like whipped cream.
Step 4
Add the lotus biscoff spread and fold through.
Step 5
Pour the mixture over the biscuits. Place the remaining biscuits on top in the same order as the base layer.
Step 6
Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. Slice between the biscuits into ice cream sandwiches.
