Instructions
Step 1
Boil spaghetti in salted water until soft (usually takes 7-10 minutes on high flame)
Step 2
Saute onions in olive oil for 1 minute on medium flame
Step 3
Add garlic and saute for 1 minute
Step 4
Add tomatoes and saute for 1 minute
Step 5
Add tomato puree and all herbs (oregano, dried basil, basil leaves and chilli flakes) black pepper and salt to taste. Saute for 5 minutes on medium-high flame
Step 6
Add spaghetti and 1 cup starchy water
Step 7
Cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot after garnishing with parmesan cheese
