Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking pasta
Step 2
Heat olive oil on medium high heat, add chicken and cook through, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste + oregano
Step 3
Remove chicken and add carrots to pan, sauteeing for a minute or two until slightly softer (will finish cooking later). Add zucchini and squash to pan and cook vegetables until soft but still maintaining their shape.
Step 4
Add cooked pasta and chicken to pan, stir and serve.
