Ingredients
4 servings
leg chicken
4 slicesginger
1 stalkscallion
Water
Make sure it covers the chicken
½ Tbspsalt
½ tspsesame oil
Sauce:
Instructions
Step 1
Put chicken in the pan,
Step 2
Add ginger, scallion, Water, Salt
Step 3
Cover and let it cook for 25 minutes
Step 4
When cooked, transfer chicken to iced water for 5-10 minutes
Step 5
Coat the sauce created earlier to the chicken
Rice:
Step 6
Put the Garlic, ginger, rice in a pan
Step 7
Add chicken broth (2 cups)
Step 8
Sesame oil (1/2 tsp)
Step 9
Salt (1tsp)
Step 10
Cook rice as usual
