Instructions

Step 1
To a small saucepan, add oats and milk. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, maple syrup and salt. Stir until well-combined. Continue to simmer until the oats are cooked and you reach your desired consistency.
Step 3
Spoon into a bowl and serve, topped with poppy seeds, desiccated coconut and blueberries.
