For the Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 400

In a medium/large mixing bowl, melt butter.

Add bananas and mash.
Step 4
Add milk and eggs and whisk to combine.

Add cake mix and pudding mix and whisk until dry ingredients are fully incorporated

Line a cupcake tray with paper liners

Portion batter into lined tray by weight

Bake for 15 minutes or until a tester comes out clean
For Ganache

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl

Microwave for 30 seconds

Stir

Microwave 30 more seconds

Whisk until fully combined and glossy

Let cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally
