Sweet Potato Pie

4 steps
Prep:10minCook:50min
During the holidays, many of us enjoy traditional desserts. One of my family's favorite desserts is sweet potato pie. For over ten years, I've been making the same recipe. It's delicious and incredibly easy to make. Because I am a traditional cook, I prefer to make pie crust. Store-bought pie crusts, on the other hand, have come a long way, according to various sources. One of the reasons I think my sweet potato pie is so delicious is that I bake the potatoes as opposed to using boiled or canned sweet potatoes. This recipe will make 2 pie fillings. Whatever crust you use, this recipe will not disappoint. It could end up in one of your favorite recipe collection.
