Instructions

Step 1
In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of oil on high heat, and fry the chicken on both sides until golden, then add to the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the onions, peppers, chorizo, beans tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock, paprika, cumin, honey and a pinch of salt and pepper to the slow cook. Mix well and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 – 8 hours
