Veggies to stir fry
garlic
chopped
onion
chopped
baby corn
chopped
3carrots
chopped
2zucchini
large, chopped
green pepper
chopped
eggplant
chopped
Tomato sauce
White sauce
Topping
Instructions
Step 1
Stir fry chopped vegetables, then add sauce mix once browned
Step 2
Preheat oven to 220c
Step 3
Melt butter in small saucepan and stir flour into it. Add milk, mustard and ricotta until a smooth, creamy sauce
Step 4
Layer white sauce, lasagne sheets, veggies, lasagne sheets, etc. Top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs
Step 5
Bake for 30m
