Instructions

Step 1
1. In a food processor, blitz oats to a flour consistency.
Step 2
2. Add baking powder, salt, cinnamon, milk, honey, vanilla extract and egg to the food processor and blend until combined.
Step 3
3. Heat a small frypan over low heat and spray with olive oil. Spoon a small amount of batter into the frypan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
Step 4
4. Top pancakes with banana, walnuts and remaining honey.
