Instructions
Step 1
In a tea ball or steeping bag, add mulling spices. Place in a large mug. In a teapot or saucepan, bring the water to a simmer. Add water to the mug, and allow to steep 8 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the spices and add the whiskey, 2 teaspoons honey, 2 teaspoons agave and 4 teaspoon lemon juice to the mug. Stir until honey is fully dissolved in the water. Taste, and add 1 teaspoon honey for more sweetness, and/or 1 teaspoon more lemon juice for more zing.
Step 3
(Optional) Garnish with a lemon round and cinnamon stick.
