¼ cupSugar
2 TbspPineapple Juice
2 tspWhite Wine
Sherry
½ tspCurry Powder
¼ tspGarlic Powder
2 tspSoy Sauce
⅙ tspChinese Five Spice Powder
⅛ tspSalt
⅛ tspWhite Pepper
2 tspOyster Sauce
2 tspHoisin Sauce
1 tspSesame Oil
2 ½ TbspBBQ Sauce

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken.
Step 2
Cut up chicken into strips or cubes then put chicken in bowl and mix. Let marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Soak bamboo skewers in water for an hour.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350, bake skewers for 15-20 minutes, flip then bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Fry in oil at 325 degrees for 1 minute.
