Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F. Wash your baking potatoes well and make a slit at the top of the potatoes. Then place in microwave for 10 minutes or until tender. While potatoes are cooking prep your other ingredients into a mixing bowl and get a casserole dish.
Step 2
When potatoes are done be careful as to not burn yourself. Then slice the tops off the potatoes and scoop out the insides.
Step 3
Mix the potatoes insides and all other ingredients together. Once well combined fill the potatoes back up with the mixture. Top with some extra cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
Step 4
Cook for 10-15 or until desired look.
Step 5
Let cool for 5 minutes then scoop and serve. Top with more sour cream and add some chives if desired. Enjoy!
