Instructions
Step 1
1 Slice the bread in half horizontally. (Pull out some of the bread if it’s really thick and freeze to use as breadcrumbs later.) Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar and crushed garlic and brush both sides of the bread.
Step 2
2 Layer up the rocket, mozzarella, red onion, peppers and salami, seasoning as you go. Wrap in baking parchment or foil. Slice into 2 or 4 to serve.
