Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet add salted butter and let brown on medium heat. While butter it melting, slit fat in pork chops to keep them from curling. Then pat dry and season to your liking.
Step 2
When butter has melted and browned, add in pork chops to the pan and your olive oil. Cook for 10 minutes on each side.
Step 3
When done, enjoy with a light salad and some boiled cauliflower.
