Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C. Arrange tomatoes in roasting tin & sprinkle cloves around. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes.

Step 2
Remove roasting tin from oven. Remove tomato stems and squeeze garlic out skins. Mix & add tuna, capers, olives (if desired, reduce salt if added) and chilli flakes (can add more or less to taste).

Step 3
Cook pasta & reserve a ladle of pasta water (taken once pasta cooked). Add pasta to roasting tray and stir into sauce. Add some reserved water if dry.
